This is a great place to get your workout fix. The staff is awesome and the members make you feel motivated. Is a must if you are looking to switch thing up a bit.
Ilovekickboxing is a great place to go and get a full body workout. The instructors at the East Hanover location are fun, energetic, and passionate about kickboxing. They are always there to answer any questions. Everybody in class is at a different level which allows you to workout at your own speed. I highly recommend giving it a try!
Recently joined and from the first class loved it. Love the atmosphere and the instructors are awesome. It's a nonjudgmental place and very welcoming. I look forward to attending class.
I joined ILKB back in April, and I can honestly say it was one of my best decisions. Not only are the work outs hard and efficient, but the community is also so supportive and the instructors are encouraging without being over the top. Join!
I ❤️❤️❤️kickboxing! I've tried various kickboxing studios and this East Hanover one is the best. The instructors push and motivate you. They have fun themed activities throughout the year. I've lost 10 pounds in 2 months. Most importantly I lost inches and feel fantastic. It's a totally fun work out and I am addicted.
