For more than 2 months my hallways have been covered in dirty brown paper, my Best Buy order for a washing machine and a dryer have been messed up 9 times and they have had to come to my house 9 times. I cannot refund because they shipped the machines 3 weeks before installing it and I did not know it would turn out this bad. I don't know how some people are so stupid that an order for a washing machine and dryer can spend 7 cumulative hours of my time and waste the time I could have spent at work.
