Place isn't very good. Paid $26 For the "platinum" package. Got home and had water spots all over the truck. I don't mean drip marks I mean hard water spots covering every square inch of the truck. Inside windshield looked like it was wiped down with a greasy rag. I didn't notice the horrible job until I was driving back home and noticed the windshield and then the hood. Got home and really looked it over and decided it needed to be re washed at home. Paid $26 to drive to route 10 and back to wash my own truck back at home.
The car did not come out very clean. The exterior was ok, but the wheels were not cleaned at all. They re-use rags so much it left a dirt film on my window. Car wash places MUST invest in a system that very frequently circulates the rags, otherwise you'll always get a gross haze on everything.
While driving to work in the morning, a large tool flew off of a landscaper's truck and shattered my windshield. There were tiny shards of glass all over my car, but I couldn't get an appt to replace the windshield until the following day. I also needed to ensure that the glass was thoroughly vacuumed out of my kids' car seats before I picked them up after work on the day of the accident. The owner or manager of this place refused to charge me when his staff vacuumed my car and they paid extra attention to removing as much glass from the backseat (children's) area as possible. He told me to just tip his people and return when my car needs a wash. I decided to positively review them, too.
Bad quality job for interior wash. No attention to detail. Poor quality for the price you pay. Would not recommend to go there.
This isn't something you can't fix. You need to monitor your staff. If they are reusing dirty towels to dry vehicles off they need to be told not to (really though who doesn't know that already?) And for the love of god put a canopy over the drying area so we don't have hard ass water drying all over the car while your staff takes their sweet time to dry the car off.
Been there a couple of times and will not go back again, awful job on cleaning the car inside and out.
