I use Enterprise a lot. As with other Enterprise locations I have been to, the staff here does try to go above and beyond every time to help me.
Thelma is the only reason I am giving this location a 5 star review; just ask for Thelma and you will be alright -- otherwise the location smells like cat piss; highly unorganized otherwise. Thank you Thelma for your professionalism and pleasant personality!!!
We had a terrible experience renting. They blamed us for a dent we did not make and handled the situation very poorly.
Very good service. Nicfull staff. The only stupid thing was that the day that we hade to return the car was Sunday and no won told us that they are closed so they have a box to return the key and the charged us a few days after.
Customer Service was great but getting a Luxury Premier SUV as a rental I thought I would get something worth riding but got something that had too many issues in the car.
