One thing I really love about this place is that they had messed up my order a couple of times this summer, then they gave a free item of the correct order afterwards!
This Panera bread is very roomy. The service was good. The staff is friendly
I've been here 3 times and it is awful. Drive through took 35-45 minutes each time.. no exaggeration. My turkey avocado sandwich only had one slice of avocado and they forgot to add pecans to my Fuji apple salad. The people are nice, but service and food are terrible. Worst Panera I've even been to.
Food was decent. Staff is a little dim. The tables coukd be cleaner, but the bathrooms are horrendously filthy. I'm always conscerned about a possibly dirty kitchen when I see filth elsewhere.
The drive thru takes too long. It's better to get rapid pick up, so if you want their food for take out, don't come to Panera in pajamas assuming you can quickly your food in the drive thru. Every time, I go through the drive thru even when a short line, I turn off my car because of it's 10 minute wait. Panera is fast food, not a regular restaurant. Overall, the food and staff are great. Inside is great too and rapid pick up is fast.
They have the healthyest food in the region at very good prices. They could have more soup options but is a good chain.
